Excellent service and professionalism. Louis Kaiser and his partners at O’Neill Nissan can not come more highly recommended. My wife and I had been dreading to have to negotiate a new car. Louis Kaiser and his partners at O’Neill Nissan can not come more highly recommended. My wife and I had been dreading to have to negotiate a new car. Our financial situation was tight. Lou assured me that they would be able to work within our restrictions and was even confident that we would be very comfortable with our new payment. He and his finance team worked with my wife and I as my young daughter was entertained by the rest of the friendly staff. She was allowed to sit in the cars they were displaying in the show room while we ironed out the paperwork. Everything went through at a comfortable pace and before I knew it, my wife and I were driving home in two brand new cars at a payment under what we were expecting. Lou and the staff at O’Neil have set a new standard of how sales should be handled in today’s climate. They listened to our concerns, addressed them with transparency and a integrity, and made sure that both my wife and I understood what we were agreeing too. I felt welcome and felt important even though I had a restricted budget. They will be the first dealer I recommend to friends and my wife and I are customers for life! Very impressive! More
