As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Lou who was able to steer us in the right direction of a great selection of cars. He listened to what we wanted to accomplish on the financial end as well as the quality of vehicle we wanted to be in. We were able to test drive a few cars and found the best suited car and then went to the next step In which Lou checked in with us with updates nonstop ( we liked that, knowing what was going on and getting the minute to minute updates). The finance department got us a great rate on our loan which we hadn’t experienced with other dealerships really goes to those lengths for us. Lou took the time to get us acquainted with our new rogue and we left having a wonderful experience at a car dealership (finally!!!!) we had been to 3 other dealerships looking to purchase a new car and were left unattended too for long periods of times, given outrageous car payment “deals” and left feeling we were not be listening too when we said where we wanted to be with payments not being assisted with finding a fit to our family and budget needs! O’Neill Nissan did all of that for us and rather quickly! Highly recommend!!!! More

Excellent car buying experience!! We set out for the day knowing we needed to come home with a car. We had a few dealerships on our list and O’Neil was the first stop. Lou K. greeted us in the lot, listened to our “wish list,” and showed us vehicles that met our criteria. He was mindful of our budget and provided us with all of the information necessary for us to weigh our options. Due to the phenomenal deal, we set out to our next dealership knowing that we could afford and drive home with a brand new Altima! Needless to say, once we arrived at dealership #2 we were back on the road within the hour and on the phone with Lou asking him to hold the car. We knew we had to get ourselves back to O’Neil. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNMATCHED. We have a brand new Altima SR Special Edition and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you O’Neil Nissan and especially Lou Kaiser! More
