The buying process was quick and easy. Everyone was nice. The truck was not cleaned the first or second time I brought it back to have it cleaned. I found clothes from the previous owner under the seat and center console. Popcorn on backseat. The cup holders are dirty and sticky. The bed was covered in dirt. I don’t know who deserves the bad review but I’m certainly not satisfied with the service I received. I wouldn’t recommend the dealership based on attention to detail. Lou has been very responsive to my messages. But he didn’t make sure the clean up was taken care of the 2nd time. I am waiting for the new vent to come in. More

I came to O’Neil Nissan looking for a used vehicle that I was interested in on their site. I had a tricky situation at hand with me having good credit but not a crazy high income but my fiancé having the gre was interested in on their site.
