Never have issues going to get my suv inspection or monthly inspections. The only thing that I have been trying to deal with is my email. My dad keeps getting my email sent to his email and I have chan monthly inspections. The only thing that I have been trying to deal with is my email. My dad keeps getting my email sent to his email and I have changed and watch the dealer change it to my email so I can get my information about my car. He is not a co-signer either. Other than that no issues at all. More

I had a recall appointment to this dealership and was waiting there around 1 h. Lisa was great! However, they cleaned my car so surface of the car wiped off. Also they took off TPMS error but after 10 m waiting there around 1 h. Lisa was great! However, they cleaned my car so surface of the car wiped off. Also they took off TPMS error but after 10 min drives, it appeared again. Generally, they reprogrammed recalls but it is not noticeable for me. More

Oil pan repair noted that the plug was stripped. The dealer changes my oil, so the damage would’ve been done by them. Also, the noted one day repair on a Friday extended over the weekend to Monday. My appointment was at 8:00 on Friday and it wasn’t pulled in until after 1:00pm on Friday. I know things happen, but it seems like poor planning on their part. More
