*** I should’ve known it was going to happen again. Update from today (3/18/2024) Has to be the worst dealership. From the experience of buying the car and feeling like you've been messed over to no Update from today (3/18/2024) Has to be the worst dealership. From the experience of buying the car and feeling like you've been messed over to not being able to get anyone to help you when you come in. I bought my Hummer February 8, 2024. Since then it's been in the shop three different times. This is the third time I've come into the dealership and I've had to wait over 30 minutes before one person talked or even acknowledged that I was there. I literally am sitting in the drop off for service in the vehicle and a brand new Hummer and seven people have walked past me without saying one word to me, or have been able to help me. This is the third time this happened. There's no reason no excuse that this should be going on. My next step is going to the BBB because there's no way in xxxx that they should be able to treat people like this. It's bad enough that the custodian is asking me why are people treating me like this or if I did something to make somebody upset. I don't know who I need to talk to you but I have to share this message about how bad this dealership is. * Also, I did have an 8 o’clock appointment. I wasn’t seen or talked to you until 839. But I was told that they were people there from 630 waiting to be serviced so I needed to wait even though I had an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. When you can’t make an appointment before 8 o’clock and you get service before somebody that makes an appointment. And then when you make the appointment you’re not on the schedule and you don’t have a ride to get home or to get your kids to school. Thanks a lot. it’s sad when even the own service guys are complaining about the turnover. ** then I get inside and the customers are literally asking me. What did I do to xxxx these people off to the point where I can’t get help because everything was in front of them blatantly. I don’t know if you have to come in with a suit and tie or look a certain way at this dealership but the third time I’ve come in wearing sweats and haven’t gotten 1 ounce of help. xxxx when I bought the vehicle, I was there for 17 minutes and the entrance of the dealership before somebody said hello to me. again this is bad business and practices if you have to look a certain way to get service at this place Michael Campbell has been exceptional with doing every can to make things work moving forward. But that has nothing to do with what has happened and I wish that would be addressed. But if anything needs to be said there is someone there that has stepped to help, he has done that. More

Had to be the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. There is no way in xxxx I would ever use this service or dealership again. I would rather drive 20 miles to the closest GMC dealership rather than us There is no way in xxxx I would ever use this service or dealership again. I would rather drive 20 miles to the closest GMC dealership rather than use these guys. I had an appointment to meet with somebody to purchase a 2024 Hummer EV. As I entered into the dealership, I stand for 7 1/2 minutes in the front entrance while everybody’s staring and looking at me and not one person says hello. They were two other customers that were sitting down that were waiting to be serviced, and they were just shaking their heads because they couldn’t believe that I was literally standing in front of the dealership and nobody would help me. This isn’t about race or anything like that but yes I did have sweatsuits on and didn’t look like I had money but to be treated like I was someone off the street I should’ve known then not to buy from this dealership. The head manager is a slick, talking guy that will try to make things sound like they’re good but they’re just trying to make a deal and get over on you. They wanted me to send in information that wasn’t true so they can finalize the loan. Now I cant get hold of anyone after reaching out to 4 different staff members. Long story short do not use this dealership. If you want to feel like you’re beneath everybody else and they just will take your money go to DeMontrond More
