My car was towed through CarMax there. They stated it was absolutely nothing wrong with my car and took come pick it up. for me to leave them and the exact same issue happened. I could not give 5 stars because of the lack of concern for my safety and response I was given when I brought my car back to the shop to be reevaluated after extensive repairs that were not done right the for my safety and response I was given when I brought my car back to the shop to be reevaluated after extensive repairs that were not done right the first time. I was told that the tech that worked on my car has to finish a job that requires 15 hours and won’t be able to look at my car until he’s finished, after spending $9,500, $2,500 of which came directly from my savings! Being told to drop your car off is not sufficient. When a tech messes up the least they can do is look at the error to see if the vehicle is safe to drive and it’s the service advisor’s responsibility to ensure that happens. My vehicle was ultimately fixed days later by the ship foreman and Wesley for which I am very grateful! More

I brought my car (which is a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid) because of a check engine light. Ms. Givens greeted me when I came in, and I told her I would wait while the diagnosed the problem. After an hour or so, and she told me the problem was a bad 12-volt battery and assured me that a replacement battery was in stock, and they could install it in about an hour.
