Hello Demilo, it is unfortunate and disappointing that you would post such a false and negative review as our team worked diligently to get you the best deal possible considering your situation. Regarding your accusations pertaining to the price of the vehicle, our team provided a detailed breakdown of the costs involved in addition all of our vehicles have a Monroney sticker. We not only gave you a breakdown we also provided a pencil which you initialed in agreeance to the price negotiated. To add insult to injury we not only worked to lower your payments to better accommodate your budget, but we also gave you a lot more for your trade although it was worth only a couple hundred. Our team went to bat for you and a couple of days later you come back complaining that your vehicle didn't come with floor mats, your Sales Representative Neysan kindly explained that the mats were not listed on your Monroney sticker therefore your vehicle did not come equipped with them. You then told him you did not have a copy of that sticker, so he very kindly and calmly walked you over to your new vehicle and pulled that Monroney sticker from your glove box, demonstrating that the mats you were demanding were not listed on the Monroney sticker as he had previously explained. Please keep in mind that you also went into finance where they go line by line when signing the contract in which they would have gone over payments and price of the vehicle. You have gone out of your way to try to ruin our reputation not just by posting this false review but also filling out our survey really affecting the Sales rep who assisted you and went above and beyond to provide you with the best service possible.
