Here is my review for the purchase of an F-150 in February 2014. I expressed interest in purchasing an F-150 over the internet and was contacted by Leonia Durant to set up an appointment to come i February 2014. I expressed interest in purchasing an F-150 over the internet and was contacted by Leonia Durant to set up an appointment to come in and look at some. I had printouts from the vehicles I was considering and presented them to Ms. Durant. She looked them up and found that one was already sold, but the other one was still there. Luckily for me it was the one I was wanting more anyway. She took me on the test drive and I was pleased that we actually drove in various areas with different speeds and traffic patterns. After the test drive I agreed to work on some pricing. This is the part I was not looking forward too and one of the reasons I had waited 10 years to purchase another vehicle. I am not patient when it comes to haggling and in the past I have gotten pretty disrespectful towards sale people because I have felt they were not taking my interests into consideration. While going over the pricing with Ms. Durant I did not get that feeling and it actually felt like a business transaction instead of a head butting contest. Her demeanor was calm and agreeable. Next I met the Customer Service Rep, Lisa Light. She was also very helpful and intent on answering questions that I had. She was not pushy in trying to get me to add on additional items I didn't want or was not interested in. She was very knowledgeable about the information she spoke about. She also explained the interactive aspects of the truck that I had no idea about how to use. Lastly, the Finance Service Rep, Jimmy Son, was helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I was comfortable with my monthly financing and explained some of the added benefits of the different warranties. He gave good advice that seemed to be in my best interest. All in all, it was not a bad experience and rather pleasant. I am pleased and satisfied with the purchase I made. I will go back to Ted Britt in the future to buy vehicles. I visited Ted Britt Ford after building my vehicle on Ford.com and ended up purchasing a brand new Ford Fusion Hybrid. My sales person, Leonia Durant made my visit very pleasant. I would definitely go to Ted Britt again for my next vehicle. My wife is actually considering purchasing a Ford Fusion Hybrid for herself. More

I have been servicing my cars at Tedd Britt since we moved to the area, so it was pretty natural that when the time came to buy a Mustang that I would go there. I like that I could explore the cars without a lot of pressure. I'm a Mustang guy, so they allowed me to compare and determine the options/etc. that worked for me. Also, we coordinated Ford MotorSports upgrades and wrapped it all up into a deal that I could afford. Liana had just the right touch in terms of customer interaction and allowing me to determine what I wanted, even if I decided not to buy right now. I love the Mustang and we will have many wonderful miles and year together! More

Never felt pressured from the sales staff, they just wanted to know what I wanted and what they could do for me. Kept the sales staff there late buying and finishing paper work on my new truck so i could take it home that night. When I didn't have the second set of keys to my old truck they were very cool about me bringing them by another day. Everything was made convenient and the staff really catered to me and what I was interested in. More

We had a wonderful buying experience at Ted Britt of Chantilly. Lisa Light was very helpfull with explaining the My Ford Touch system, and even helped via text message for several weeks after our purchase with other questions that I had about that system and a few other things. She responding quickly to my inquiries and was always polite and sounded genuinely excited to help. Jimmy Son in financing was very knowledgeable about purchasing from out of state as he used to work in the state we are from. I have never bought a car from out of state before and this put our minds at ease. I only wished this dealership was closer to us so we could use them for service on our car! More
