This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Leonia Durant, our salesperson, was very professional, honest, friendly and helpful. She worked along with Dario Beltran, one of the sales managers, and he too went the extra mile to get a price we were comfortable with. Katie Wood explained some of the available extras thoroughly, but didn't pressure us to purchase them. She also set up and showed us how to use various features of our new car. Daniel in finance was knowledgeable and helpful too. There were none of the usual car dealership games here. If you want a no hassle, straight-forward and easy car buying experience, go to Ted Britt Ford and ask for Leonia. She is fantastic! We can't say enough positive things to describe our experience here. More

I had several people great me with a handshake and a smile as I walked to the entrance but it reminded me of the approached I used to get from the days of Circuit City. At the door I was greeted with an honest smile and an appropriate hand shake from a person named Leonia. As I told the previous handshakers that I had an appointment they kindly moved on, Leonia on the otherhand escorted me into the building and told me she would locate the Salesperson that I had an appointment with. The salesperson arrived shortly and told me that he was finishing up with another customer and I would now work with Leonia. Leonia took notes, asked what my expectation were of a vehicle and a dealership, encouraged me to look at vehicles above and below my budget. Additionally asked me what my thoughts were of each vehicle and offered her knowledge of the product which proved to be a great process for elimination and balance for my purchase. Leonia kept me informed constantly of the processes and paperwork. Explanations and communications were unquestionable. Politeness and respect impeccable, attention to detail remarkable. Bottom Line: I fully intended to negotiate a lower price however I felt as though I was treated like a guest at a five star hotel and had no problem paying the listed price. We went to Ted Britt Ford/Lincoln in Chantilly on Sept. 19 only to look at new Explorers. We were dreading the usual negative sales tactics that we have always experienced at other car dealerships. However, we met Leonia at the front door and she was very friendly and sincere and made us feel very comfortable immediately. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the Explorers and thoroughly worked with us in test driving different models. She was always willing to go the "extra mile" for us during the entire process. In the end, she was directly responsible for us purchasing a new Explorer that day. She definitely made this the best buying experience that we have ever had--I'm 60 years old and I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime! She is an excellent sales person and a very valuable asset to the success of your dealership. We cannot say enough good things about her.
