We had a fantastic experience with help from Leigh-Anne. We came to them with a request for a very specific vehicle, and she went to great lengths in order to source an exact match from a dealership all the We came to them with a request for a very specific vehicle, and she went to great lengths in order to source an exact match from a dealership all the way in Ohio. Not only that, but she was incredibly thoughtful about our purchase journey given that our visits to the dealership included three young kiddos in tow. She made sure to keep things moving, gave us space to take care of the kids, and was able to get us in and out when it was finally time to pick up the vehicle. Great experience! More

once again the service department has delivered ahead d of schedule. My service advisor Kayla was fantastic getting me in without an appointment, and getting me back on the road!!!! Also Jim Watts the service manager is a cut above and Leigh-Anne DeFlice in sales is cut from the same mold,I would recommend South Hills Kia to anyoneone looking to lease or buy a car! More

Absolutely terrible. Lack of info from service. Lack of empathy. Deferred problems to Kia corporate. Total unwillingness to work with client. If you have one go to anothe Lack of info from service.
