Over a two month period I had to return multiple times for the same issue. Vibration was never solved even after keeping the car for 3 weeks. If they fail to fix it right the first time you go to the back for the same issue. Vibration was never solved even after keeping the car for 3 weeks. If they fail to fix it right the first time you go to the back of the line and start all over as they already have your money. Service manager was to call to address the issue and we are still waiting. Took it to another dealer where they solved the problem and demonstrated the lousy work we had paid for. Take you money and car elsewhere. Loyalty to this dealership means nothing and they lost us as a returning customer. More
