Such a great experience at this dealership. First time getting a new car but not the first time at a dealership. It's very well kept and everyone is so friendly. I've been a long-time customer of Rallye Motors (BMW, Mercedes, and Acura). I've leased many cars from all their dealerships and have had both good and bad experiences with Rallye Motors. I was hoping fo Mercedes, and Acura). I've leased many cars from all their dealerships and have had both good and bad experiences with Rallye Motors. I was hoping for a smooth transaction with Rallye Lexus. Initially, the first salesperson at Rallye Lexus didn't leave a good impression, so I decided to find another salesperson, and I'm glad I did. Lauren Hu was very friendly and made the car shopping experience easy and stress-free. None of the typical car dealership tricks or scams that some salespeople and dealerships tend to play on their customers. Lauren Hu is truly exceptional, and I highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new Lexus. More
