Can't say enough good things about Rob Schappert and my overall experience at Smithtown Toyota. The epitome of professionalism, courtesy & respect all around. Jessica Medina who currently works in the service department at “Smithtown Toyota” who really is S.C. Auto Corp is horrible at customer service. She needs to be properly trained on how to talk to cus department at “Smithtown Toyota” who really is S.C. Auto Corp is horrible at customer service. She needs to be properly trained on how to talk to customers. Not knowing about how cars work is not good for the car business customers. I honestly hope that management is changed and improved to better serve the public. Jessica along with the current management at the service is a liability for the business. More
