The quotes and actual costs are misleading and even can’t be explained which is frustrating. I was quoted for a brake flush service and when I got the bill I paid for the quote plus I had to pay on top of th be explained which is frustrating. I was quoted for a brake flush service and when I got the bill I paid for the quote plus I had to pay on top of that the brake fluid additional fees and taxes. I was told that that’s not included in the brake flush service and is charged separately, which made the original quote go higher. If I’m paying $220 for a brake flush service, it should include the brake fluid, the fees and the Tax. This is unacceptable in my book and I would never run my business like this. More

Staff were friendly. I arrived for an express oil change and was told an hour to 90 minutes. Two hours later still not finished. Later had additional fluids changes and w I arrived for an express oil change and was told an hour to 90 minutes. Two hours later still not finished. Later had additional fluids changes and went to pay with credit card. Then they tell you about their 3 percent add on for using your credit card. Car stealership, can’t imagine what buying a car from them would be like. More

Came in for an oil change, left with an amazing customer service experience. The crew there is newer but you’d never know it walking in because the high level of customer service and welcoming feeling you g service experience.
