Nice people! That being said, the service reps and technicians appear to be lacking skill. The techs lost my wheel lock key and they replaced an air filter but di That being said, the service reps and technicians appear to be lacking skill. The techs lost my wheel lock key and they replaced an air filter but didn’t bother to remove leaves so I had to bring the truck back to fix it properly. In the service center, they need to be more through. I spoke to Kylie and requested my services. I called the day of service. Yet, three things were forgotten. I had to bring the truck back in. I also found Kylie to be highly unprofessional. I was working with Michael and she kept interfering with our conversation. She acted like she was in control and Michael knew nothing. She even grabbed things from him. It was so weird. I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Just went for an oil change and the quick lube service is great!! It is reasonably priced, convenient, and efficient.
