Kyle was great he is a wonderful salesman and good human being! The dealership on the other hand of course took advantage of a young woman purchasing a vehicle. I was promised a 25k price tag for a 2025 Hon being! The dealership on the other hand of course took advantage of a young woman purchasing a vehicle. I was promised a 25k price tag for a 2025 Honda Civic. Looking at paper work they charged me full price 29k I could have gone to Gainesville and gotten a better deal considering I drove 40+ miles specifically to this dealership which added an extra 40+ miles on my new vehicle just to drive it back, under the impression I would be given the a 25k sales price. They tried to claim I was in a accident for the vehicle I was trading in, which I was not, and of course tried to low ball me on the trade in value which I know how much my car is worth. The finance guy who came over and talked to me was very rude, I don't remember his name. They also had a finance charge was of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. By the time my loan is all said and done I'll be paying close to 50k... for a 25k car... I could have bought a freaking xxxx cat at that price point but now I'm stuck with a basic Honda Civic. Honestly I don't think I would ever recommend or do business here again. Sorry Kyle but the way I was treated is not ok. More
