I placed a $1,000 deposit with Honda of Lake City and have made multiple attempts to have it returned after the deal did not go through. Despite direct requests and follow-up, the deposit has not been refunded and communication has stalled. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially given the lack of clear resolution. I would strongly encourage anyone placing a deposit here to get all terms in writing, including whether the deposit is refundable. I am still hoping this can be resolved quickly and professionally. More
