I wrote an earlier review of my buying experience, which was very positive. Working with Luis was great. However, as soon as the papers were signed, the process went bad, horribly bad. The truck had to have is inspection and basic service. They had the truck for an additional week. I called three times. Each time, the very kind person on the phone told me that no one was available, took my name/number - no return call. Once we got the truck, none of the controls on the steering wheel worked. We called. They said take it to a Ford dealer. We did. That dealer found the entire steering column needed to be replaced, the moon roof didn't work at all, and the cabin filter was "black as a tire." We called Honda of Lake City many times. No returned calls. Finally got someone on call 3 or 4. Their response - not our problem. Beware of working with this dealership. More

We bought new Honda Accord for son's graduation and Kyle and team did a fantastic job of making sure everything was ready to go. It was indeed first class service from the very beginning. The price was perf and team did a fantastic job of making sure everything was ready to go. It was indeed first class service from the very beginning. The price was perfect and signing paperwork was very smooth and didnt take long at all. Kyle did a great job of explaining everything in detail and made sure the car was clean and ready to. It was a great experience and our son loves his car. We are so thankful for Kyle and his team at Honda of Lake City. More

What a great experience we went through 6 dealerships with terrible service ended up here at Honda of lake city walked in and out and I mean literally. Told them my price point and they played no games whatsoever gave me qoute on the spot for an out the door price matching what I said I could pay. I walked in and out within 15 min came back the next day with my wife closed and drove away within an hour or two . Ohh and they bought us all lunch 🤣🤙🏻🇺🇸 More

I drove 6 hours round trip to get my new car from Honda of Lake City & it was an absolutely incredible experience. The salesman was great! And the staff was good. It is the service dept. I have a problem with. There were issues with the car we brought it up there twice and it was never f And the staff was good. It is the service dept. I have a problem with. There were issues with the car we brought it up there twice and it was never fixed. When I checked the oil it was dark so I got with the salesman and he said to bring it up there and they would change the oil. All they did was turn off the oil change light. The air pressure light was on to, I fixed that. When you buy a new or used car things should be checked and you should have no lights come on for at least a few months. I also already had to put a new battery in the key. I did let the manager know all of this and he never called or responded back. I gave him a few days before I did this review. More
