Zimmerman Honda was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the ins and outs of the various CR-V's versus the HR-V's. I had called the day before to schedule a text drive. The person who responnded said she would not be available but Bryn would see me. The vehicle was sitting out front when I arrived and I went to the receptionist and asked for Bryn. She greeted me and we went to the vehicle. Btyn explained the controls very well. We took a test drive and returned to the dealership. During our discussions concerning my trade in vehicle, Bryn would always tell me where she was going and would return shortly. I felt well attended the whole time. There was a short discussion on pricing. Bryn went to the sales manager to see if they could come close to my desired trade in allowance. We reached an agreement asnd she had me see the business manager to finish the paperwork. She even directed me out of the building as I drove away because it was a bit of a tight turn exiting the building. In my many years of car buying she was the most professional sales consultant I have dealt with. More
