The service riders really need to find a new filing system. My vehicle is managed through a fleet company, and it always seems to take a very long time to find the paperwork. While I was there this time a lady knew to her county job came in to pick up a county vehicle and was standing there for more than 10 minutes while they looked for paperwork so she could check out her car.
