After leaving I had problems with the car itself (alignment was not right), and he got an appointment for me immediately. To give some background, I recently leased a Nissan in September and put a chunk of money down on the lease. Two months later, I was rear ended and my car was totaled. As a result, I was left with no vehicle and the hassle of insurance and finding a new vehicle to drive. Prior to leasing my Nissan, I had a Jeep which I absolutely loved (but leased from a different dealership). I browsed Dover Dodge's online inventory to see what I could afford or would be interested in and was heavily leaning towards a 2016 Jeep Renegade. After expressing interest, Patty called me to set up a time to come in. She was extremely helpful and when I arrived at Dover Dodge, introduced me to Kevin Zidlick. Kevin listened to my story and I told him in a perfect world I would leave with the Jeep Renegade with no money down and the same monthly payment. He was completely honest with me and told me he didn't think it could happen. He recommended trying a Compass but I was pretty set on a Renegade. He involved Ray Martinez in the process as well. In passing I had also mentioned that I previously enjoyed having a sun roof and back up camera. Together, Kevin and Ray set me up with a 2016 Jeep Renegade with $0 down and about the same monthly payment (only $10 higher than my target) that had BOTH a sun roof and back up camera. They sent me out the door with a handful of free oil changes, a dunkin donuts 5 free latte card, a few keychains (the little things matter, too), and in the vehicle I had my heart set on! And to top it off, not only were they extremely helpful, but Patty also checked up on me throughout the whole process (and after) to ensure everything was going well. The process was seamless and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to work with these individuals! More

My experience with Dover Dodge did not start off well as the gentleman I was working with was not very helpful in assisting me with my purchase After voicing my aggravation I was then directed to another salesperson, Kevin Zidlick. I truly cannot put into words the wonderful experience that I encountered. He was helpful from beginning to end and has gone above and beyond well after the purchase of the vehicle. I have never dealt with a sales person that puts so much time and effort into their customers. I have told numerous friends and family about my experience with Kevin & have highly recommended that they go to him when the time comes for the purchase of a new vehicle.
