Kevin is very good at bait and switch. And has very poor customer relations., Goldee also talks a good game but doesn’t follow thru..... Complete Lack of Anything I asked about my trade value and instead of looking at my car and giving me a value he logged on to a website that gave us a trade number from another I asked about my trade value and instead of looking at my car and giving me a value he logged on to a website that gave us a trade number from another store, then offered to give us that amount. If that's the case, why shouldn't I just go to that other dealership? I did. If you can't even spend a few minutes to offer me a modicum of customer service, why should I bother making a purchase from you? More
