I bought CPO vehicle Q7 and had a problem with Adaptive Cruise Control in a week. I called several times with no response and emailed with no response. This is not what I was hoping for, unsure if the defe Cruise Control in a week. I called several times with no response and emailed with no response. This is not what I was hoping for, unsure if the defective car is sole to me. When I called yesterday, the agent kept on forwarding the call to the manager and no one called despite reaching out for a week. It's not even 10 days since I bought this car. Lastly, I have no clue about registration and very frustrating experience. More

Kenneth was great! I was looking to buy a Q5 plug-in hybrid and he had the car all charged and ready to test drive the moment I walked into the dealership. Kenneth was also well-versed in the nuance changes across each of the model years and trim levels (yes, a lot of other sales guys don’t know their details). In negotiations, he was rather transparent with the things that needed to be done on the car I was trading in. I say transparent because the Carfax I still had access to after selling the vehicle showed all of the repair items Kenneth mentioned about, such as replacing the windshield because of a small crack that would pass Virginia state inspections but not the Maryland one. I was a little doubtful in the beginning but Carfax proved my doubts wrong. All in all, less the usual sales charades (“let me ask my manager”), and the PermaGuard xx, the sales transaction went very smoothly. More

Sales people are helpful. They are not pushy and do not force anything on you. That is good.
