Ken in sales was knowledgeable and professional in all of my interactions. When I asked a question he did not know the answer, he found another associate (Ash) to assist with addressing my Tesla concerns. my interactions. Kim went out of her way to assist me in understanding some of the Tesla technology even though she was assisting another customer.
