Pretty easy. No haggling in price but there’s room on the trade in. I saw the car online, scheduled a test drive, asked to test a 2nd vehicle (no problem). Absolutely 0 sales pressure but also not a lot of vehicle explanation other than to drive it. The financing piece was a little more in my face - fast talking and how great it was for me (fair but not great). All told, I would buy from here again but would shop credit rates and trade in values more thoroughly beforehand. More
