It was very nice, but still had my heart set on a particular model. With skills honed through many years in the auto industry, Ken found another like model that addressed every single issue I had with the first I had looked at. To top it off, it was also less expensive.
Ken worked with his credit guys and found a much better rate than what I was already prequalified for.
The valuation of my trade was extremely fair and really quite good.
I would also like to mention the professionalism of Ash.
Throughout the entire process, there were no high pressure tactics or games played. This was a tremendous auto buying experience.
