Called from South Jersey to make my deal on a 2021 Cadillac CT5 V. We had two possible deals- one in Jersey and one at Kelly Cadillac. We drove from South Jersey and was greeted by Kim and owner Geoff Kelly to pick up my new Cadillac CT5 V. Geoff brought my husband and I back to the garage to see my new car as soon as we arrived which added a personal touch. Glenn took the time to explain all the documents and was very forthcoming. This is where Geoff Kelly is different. We arrived at the showroom and were greeted by Joey our sales person and Geoff. Yes that’s correct, greeted by the owner of the dealership. (Competition take a note on this one). From start to finish they treated us like family and made this the easiest purchase of my life. Zero B.S. here folks. Joey showed us every single feature on the car twice! Glenn, the Finance manager, even made the most dreaded part an easy experience. He was amazing! No hidden charges, he explained every single line item in every contract. I’ve purchased a lot of cars and this has never happened! We found the Infiniti QX80 we were looking for at the right price and in great condition at Kelly Cadillac.
