From start to finish my service experience was excellent. I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house wh I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house which is about an hour away.
