I have had several great service expereinces with this dealer. On a few occasions when I experienced a problem with my car (and I was in my home area), I simply drove over to the Kelly Dealership and the dealer. On a few occasions when I experienced a problem with my car (and I was in my home area), I simply drove over to the Kelly Dealership and the service people took me right in and took care of my problem while I waited - even when they were very busy. Greg in service has always done a great job and the rest of the people there are always friendly and helpful. I used tohate going to mycar dealer for service. With Kelly I find it to be a friendly visit. More

I purchased a used Chevrolet Impala from Kelly Cadillac. I purchased this car on-line, sight un-seen. When I recieved this car, it was exactly as they discribed it to me. The dealership contacted the ship I purchased this car on-line, sight un-seen. When I recieved this car, it was exactly as they discribed it to me.
