Kelly Cadillac -- BEST Dealership -- EVER I have purchased many a car in my day but no purchase will ever compare to the service & price I received at Kelly Cadillac! From the moment we walke I have purchased many a car in my day but no purchase will ever compare to the service & price I received at Kelly Cadillac! From the moment we walked into the showroom until the time we left, we were treated with the best customer service on the market. The staff at Kelly is very impressive, a high caliber team for certain. I never knew how affordable a Cadillac was until we went to Kelly! Top Tier Dealer, This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever experienced, Customer satisfaction well exceeded expectations. I will be recommending Kelly Cadillac to all my friends and or experience I have ever experienced, Customer satisfaction well exceeded expectations. I will be recommending Kelly Cadillac to all my friends and or clients regardless if they are in the market for a new car or not. Kelly Cadillac is not the typical "look at the monkey, now sign here" dealer, I was made to feel that I was from start to finish important, and not just a quota. I was impressed from the hand shake and a "Thank you for coming in" from Geoff Kelly upon my initial visit to Mrs. Kelly holding my 4 month old son, speaks volumes about the class and professionalism on their behalf. If you are reading this and considering a purchase through Kelly, I highly recommend visiting their showroom and experience the welcoming that I did, you will not regret it. After looking over the inventory I found a Saab 97-x. The expierence of buying from Kelly Cadillac was pain free but more importantly the professionalism and family atmosphere was the true high light. Buying a car from Kelly Cadillac was a great experience. I was recommended this dealership by a friend and she recommended that i speak with Michelle Russell. The minute i walked into the dealership i was I was recommended this dealership by a friend and she recommended that i speak with Michelle Russell. The minute i walked into the dealership i was welcomed and not pressured. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable about their product, if they don't have an answer for you they will go out of their way to get someone who can give you what your looking for. The first time i stopped in i was greeted by Michelle, very professional and nice to talk to, very down to earth. While i was waiting for Michelle to pull the vehicle around we were interested in, Geoff Kelly walked out and introduced himself and i had a very nice talk with him, he was very responsive and nice. I have been to other dealerships before and you never get to meet the owner, to me this is important, Geoff did not know me but we talked for a few minutes as if we known each other for 30 years. I am sure i was at times a little difficult to deal with, but when i buy a vehicle, i try and get the best bang for my buck and work out the best deal that i can, Geoff worked with me for a few days and did not get frustrated once, i am sure i was, at times pushy with the bottom dollar and he treated me with respect and dignity, as i did the same for him, this is business, its not personal, he kept it all business and after we came to an agreement we were both happy with my wife and i were driving home in our new Cadillac CTS-V. We couldn't have picked a better vehicle or a better place to buy it at. Michelle treated us very well, she did not pressure us to buy the vehicle, she left us alone to decide on our own, she was very open and honest about the whole deal and i felt like i paid the best possible price i could, every time i see her she asks how the car is doing and if we enjoy it, we could not be happier, my wife drives it daily and is very please with the comfort and power it has. We also got to meet Geoff's wife, Kelley Kelly, she has driven the vehicle we purchased before and was able to tell us what her thoughts were on the car, very helpful in the buying process, she invited our family to the dealership for an event they were holding over the weekend and got to meet my wife for the first time, Kelley was very helpful in this process and made sure we were being treated right and getting everything we needed. My first experience with service was bringing my vehicle in the day after we bought it to have wheel locks installed that i purchased from them. I met with Graham and he was extremely helpful. Treated my very well, offered my wife, my son and i refreshments as we waited for them to complete the work, and this was done without an appointment!!!! I had to bring the vehicle back for some warranty work and they were supposed to have a loaner vehicle ready for my family when we got there, unfortunately the vehicles the night before were not returned and Graham made it a point for him to find me something to drive, the best part of this experience is they were going to have to call an outside company for a loaner car and being as i have a disability and they didn't want me to wait too long, the owner, yes i said that right, Geoff Kelly, gave me his personal company vehicle to drive so i didn't have to sit and wait for them to work on my car and wait for the outside car rental company to arrive. I have never been treated so well at a car dealership as i have at this one and i personally would like to say from our family, a big Thank You to the whole team and staff at Kelly Cadillac for the great experience we have had buying and vehicle, and getting it serviced. This company understands customer service and goes out of their way to ensure you are pleased, and if there is a slight problem, which i have not had one, i would be completely assured they will handle it in the fastest possible manner. I can say with full confidence i will be buying my vehicles from this dealership in the future, i have always loved my GM vehicles and the 5 star Cadillac service i get has made me a permanent customer of Kelly and the Cadillac family. Every time i go to the dealership for something, service or parts, i make it a point to say hi to everyone that helped my wife and I purchase our vehicle, they still treat my wife and I like gold and go out of their way to help. From the moment my wife and I arrived everyone we talked to from the owner to his wife to the sales person to the manager were better than I expected even though they came highly recommended. I had the problem of not receiving a "Valet Key" with a new Cadillac vehicle. Thru the determined efforts of Ms. Kelley Kelly and Service Manager, Dave Wright, they researched the problem with General Mot new Cadillac vehicle. Thru the determined efforts of Ms. Kelley Kelly and Service Manager, Dave Wright, they researched the problem with General Motors/Cadillac and eventually I received a key. The ignition switch had to be replaced to work with the key but everything with the "Valet switch/key" system worked properly when they were finished. More

Friendly, reasonable prices, regularly provide coupons for service specials and invitations for events. I was introduced to the owner on the first visit and the difference in professionalism and custom for service specials and invitations for events.
