Keith never checked up on his associate who helped me and the associate completely dropped the ball. Took a week for me to get a replacement vehicle and while my vehicle was in the shop I asked that another the associate completely dropped the ball. It was not as the issue still exists and I got a recall notice telling me I haven't done it.
