My 2021 Subaru WRX had a low tire pressure light on and the RF window was inoperable from the driver side switch. The car has approx 300 miles on it and the factory warranty just expired in August. At the time I called, I asked if they would submit the repairs under warranty. They said they would try. On the day of my appointment, I was told that they couldn't submit the repairs under warranty and I was charged $84.00. I think the repairs should have been covered or at least submitted to Subaru like I was told they would do. I'm not happy with the bill for my car which just ran out of factory warranty. All they did was add air to the tires, reset the light and the computer. More

OOPS! !! What happened? I have become accustomed to friendly, polite customer service and professional service technicians during my last appointments at W& !! What happened? I have become accustomed to friendly, polite customer service and professional service technicians during my last appointments at W&L Subaru. Unfortunately, this was far from my experience this time. My car was making some "clunking" noises that I was concerned about before driving to Virginia for vacation. The service tech found nothing wrong and told me that I needed to buy new tires. Since then the "clunking" noises have increase so I made another service appointment for the same problem. Again, they couldn't find any significant problem and said that it was probably a loose wheel weight. There was nothing mentioned about my tires this time. The service advisor was silently rude, not offering any help or suggestions as to what to do next. He acted like I was an inconvenience and I was interrupring his day. I wrote a note on my service invoice that stated my displeasure They never asked me if everything was OK but there where quick to process my credit card. While leaving the dealership, I noticed that my tire pressure light was on. I went back inside and asked the advisor if they could check my tire pressure. He said that the tires were probably just cold. How very shocking! W&L, I am very dissapointed with my service. I am also surprised and dissapointed that this is the way that you want your dealership to be represented. More
