I wasn't happy to be charged 9. 99 for shop supplies. I was told they couldn't find my tire key. My husband and I have no idea what that was. I only ever bring car to W&L. It stands to reason that when you put my new tires on last Spring that the key must have be kept there. So you essentially charged me to use my own tire key. I don't like being nickeled and dimed for shop fees especially if using something that was purchased and to be kept in the car. More
