We took our Subaru Ascent in for state inspection & routine service. Found out that we were eligible for some warranty brake work & we needed a part to pass inspection. W&L provided us with a loaner routine service. Found out that we were eligible for some warranty brake work & we needed a part to pass inspection. W&L provided us with a loaner for four days until the part came in & the work was completed. W&L never disappoints. More

This reviewis for the last work done on the car. Right now, they have my 2024 Legacy for a problem which necessitated a new door. Which they couldn't get for a week or so, after Subaru ok'd the work Right now, they have my 2024 Legacy for a problem which necessitated a new door. Which they couldn't get for a week or so, after Subaru ok'd the work to be performed. The communication from Matt was good. keeping me apprised of what was going on. They gave me a loaner, which, unfortunately, which I explained to him, I had to put a lot of miles on as it was a busy time of year for me and I had a lot of traveling to do. He said he understood, and there really was no alternative since they had my car. Very understanding. I give W & L high marks in taking care of their customers during and after the sale. More
