I originally went in for an oil change on my 2024 Honda HR-V Sport AWD in Milano Red — a car I lovingly kept in pristine, like-new condition, with only 3,000 miles after 17 months. It was always hand-washed and detailed by me, accessorized inside and out, and parked safely in my driveway. The transition was seamless, thanks to the wonderful Kay Mercado, who handled everything with warmth and professionalism.
