"My experience at DCH Honda on Monday, June 8th was an absolute disgrace to the automotive industry. I walked into the showroom ready to do business, but the entire sales staff and management were complet absolute disgrace to the automotive industry. I was entirely ignored by numerous salespeople who were eating breakfast or grouped up talking about sports, and management did absolutely nothing about it. This place is a complete failure of customer service, and I strongly advise the owner to be embarrassed by this shameful establishment." More
