Wish I could downgrade my review to 1 star. Tried calling and today to schedule an appointment for a part which cost over 1000$ and the lady named Kathy told me that it will take 4-5 hours to fix my car. On my request to get me an Uber/lift she refused saying that I need to live within 10 mile radius. And I live 11 miles away. And then she hang up on me. Horrible services, lacks customer empathy

We are surprised and very disappointed that you would write this review after David explained to you what caused for the warranty to be declined, not only that but we also waived the diagnostic fee of $273.
