I have not been a fan of the corporate approach that Koons offers in the several years now that they have run the Claksville dealership. I very much miss the more community and customer focused dealers Koons offers in the several years now that they have run the Claksville dealership. I very much miss the more community and customer focused dealership that Win Kelly represented. It's just not the same shop I used to deal with. The only constant is Al C in service. He's very helpful and friendly. I cringe when I see the woman in the Koons commercials. More
