We consider Henry Bailey a friend, he has gone above and beyond over the past few years for us and its appreciated. Henry is always available day and night to answer our calls! Justin Taylor has been great as far as working our financing and has made himself available even after hours to assist us with questions! He even let us borrow a vehicle when we needed to move an item that was too large for our vehicles at the time. The entire staff at Ganley knows us on a first name basis, and is always goes out of their way to say hello (even if it's just in passing). We feel valued there and will continue to purchase and send people their way! Our last purchase was a 2016 Ram Big Horn, we told them our terms and not only did they meet them on several occasions, they even bested what we had asked for! The day we decided to purchase, Henry and Justin made sure all the paperwork was complete and the vehicle was ready for a simple "sign and drive" we literally only spent 15 minutes in the dealership! Waiting at a sales desk and finance table is grueling and not desired by anyone. These guys literally did everything over the phone and email it was the fastest car purchase we have made! Once they get their money, you are not a priority. I traded In my vehicle for another used vehicle about 2 months ago. I've been trying to rebuild my credit, so this was the best way to do so. Every one was more than helpful, until they had my money. They were supposed to hold my down payment for 30 days, instead the deposited it immediately. Luckily I caught it before it went through, but I was charged a fee. Not too bad. But, it's been about 2 months now and my trade in vehicle is still NOT PAID OFF!! Causing my credit to go down due to 2 months of no payments. I've called AT LEAST 3 times a week for the past month. Not once have I received a phone call back. I even went up and spoke to a manager in person, still, no one contracts me back. So,in the mean time, there's a still a small balance that isn't paid off, causing MORE negative reports on my credit. So much for rebuilding right?!?! This has by far been the worst car experience I've ever had. I will NOT be going through them ever again. I also advise no one else go through them either. Unless you want to be given a run around and your credit screwed up. Thanks a lot Ganley Painesville, you certainly went above and beyond........... More
