Their staff is top notch and go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal and service. Henry, my salesman, came in on his day off with his son to help get me a new car. Justin and Ken were great in working out all the details and terms. They even called several other dealers just to find a particular color for me. I eventually bought the one on their lot. But just to see them doing everything they could to make sure I got the car and color I wanted was amazing. Hats off to this dealership. Take your offers to them, let them beat it! They will! More

New RAM 2500 Purchase We found a new 2500 and 3500 RAM at Ganley's website. The price listed seemed quite fair. I researched the trucks with the options that each had lis We found a new 2500 and 3500 RAM at Ganley's website. The price listed seemed quite fair. I researched the trucks with the options that each had listed on the NADA website. NADA provided a MSRP and a Dealer Cost for each truck. The price that Ganley listed was the price we paid. No further ad-ons or take-aways. We ended up purchasing the 2500. I understand that there are dealer incentives that I have no knowledge of but all dealerships have the advantage of that. The price we paid was still well under the NADA Dealer Cost that I found. The staff was friendly and efficient. We did arrive at 3:45 on Saturday of the Labor Day weekend which may have added to their efficiency but we weren't rushed at any point. (They may have been.) We test drove both trucks, completed the paperwork and were on our way in three hours. More
