Yesterday I bought my third vehicle from Hagerstown MB, 2 of which were MB's. I had an MB, bought a Lexus from them, which was nice enough, but I missed the quality, comfort, recognition and super look of t of which were MB's. I had an MB, bought a Lexus from them, which was nice enough, but I missed the quality, comfort, recognition and super look of the MB, so I traded my Lexus back and got another MB! YAY!! Nothing beats driving a Mercedes Benz, the quality is impeccable, but if there's anything wrong, you can bet Hagertsown MB will make it right!! These guys were so patient as there were two vehicles I was looking at and trying to decide between new/used. They got us numbers for both so we could look at the #'s and discuss them. I can't say enough good things about the staff at MB. My first time going there I was apprehensive because of the high end cars they sell that it would be pretentious and snobby, I was mistaken, it was the complete opposite. These folks know how to make you feel at home and treat you with respect and kindness. Financing is always a snap, we walked away with a 2012 model with 1.74% financing yesterday! This car will be the car I probably keep as we enter retirement, but if we ever decide to trade, MB of Hagerstown and Andre are who we'll turn to. Thanks for everything guys!!!!! I'm so happy to be back in a Mercedes Benz!! More

I was not looking to change my vehicle as the lease did not expire until April 2013. I was contacted by Barry London who explained there were some good opportunities with the end of year Sales event to get not expire until April 2013. I was contacted by Barry London who explained there were some good opportunities with the end of year Sales event to get into a new vehicle with a two year lease and then acquire a 2014 S Class at the end of 2014. Visited the dealership discussed the possibilities they were back to me within 24 hours having located a vehicle they thought I might be interested in. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership looked it over, liked it, completed the paperwork there with no hassle and very smootly executed. Barry London had to be excused to honor a commitment he had made to another Customer but Mike Lavrenchick stepped in and very professionally completed all of the transfer and explanation of the minor differences to my current model. I left the dealership very satified with the new vehicle having been there less than 1 1/2 hours. A very good experience handled very professionally by very good people. This is the 4th vehicle that we have purchased from MB of Hagerstown. We have worked with Andre Taylor for the last 3 (Justin for the 1st). From the first purchase through our newest (just picked up our new GLK on 12/20/12)everyone involved (sales, service and management) has been fabulous. They have always been accomodating (twice now we have traded in two cars for one)and we have always gotten great prices. I quite literally thought that both Barry and Rob (new car manager), were merely kidding (as I had just dropped a personal check on the desk), when Rob said it shouldn't be any problem to drive the car home "today". Was thinking about replacing my wife's 2010 BMW 5 series with a new E350. The short and sweet version. Showed up to the dealership to get information on E350. Saw sitting in front of the showroom an amazing looking car (the CLS550) that immediately grabbed my attention, but the price was quite a bit of a step up from the E350. Worked with Mike and test drove the E350 and immediately noticed a difference in the ride (E350 had a much nicer and quieter ride than the BMW 5 series). Mike was very helpful in explaining all of the features and options that I could have put on the car, since I was looking for a number of safety options that could be added. Had Mike put together some numbers on what I was looking for and he contacted me back the next day. The problem was that I could not get the CLS550 out of my head. Needless to say, when Mike contacted me back the next day, I asked him what the numbers would look like if I had the same options put on the CLS. After about a week of debating, I decided to get my wife the CLS, and since our anniversary was coming up in about a month, it made the decision that much easier. Pros of the Deal: Mike is super easy to work with. He goes over and above on the sale and after the sale in making sure everything is to your liking and helping you understand all of the features of the vehicle (and there are an amazing amount of them in the CLS550). He even took the time to handle the registration of the M-brace safety feature that is now available. The pricing that Hagerstown Mercedes came back with was extremely competitive and fair. Could I have gotten the car down in the city for a $500 less...probably, but I would not have gotten a "no pressure", easy, and relaxed experience. Cons: Went for an E350 and ended up with a CLS550....they should have kept that car in the back and not put it right out front :-) More
