We recently placed an order for an R-class Mercedes, which we picked up from the dealer yesterday. There was not one single hitch along the way. Everything went extremely well. We received an excellent quote on the price which was honored all the way through to the time of payment. I highly recommend doing business with Hagerstown Mercedes-Benz because most of all, they are good and honest people including the salesman I dealt with (Andre), to the manager (Justin) who I have also dealt with. We bought another vehicle from them about a year and a half ago, it has a factory issue which they continue to work on, just an example that they do not leave you "hi and dry" after the sale, and some dealers may. This is our first Mercedes Benz, didn't ever really think we'd be able to own one. Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown made it possible and those we worked with were efficient, courteous and very helpful. We had a great experience from start to finish. Ours was a used car purchase, and the entire process was easy. Sales people and finance personnel were very accomodating and efficient. Small vehicle deficiencies were repaired without question, and a valid suggestion offered about body paint that we hadn't even noticed when we looked at the vehicle. When I arrived a service adviser was right there to greet me and went over what I had told them my problem was when I made the appointment to make sure it was correct. Was told where the customer lounge was me and went over what I had told them my problem was when I made the appointment to make sure it was correct. When the work was completed the service adviser informed me that the work had been completed and what had been done. If I was walking around the show room I was greeted and asked if needed any help or if there were any questions I had. Everybody I encounterd was friendly and helpfull. More
