Once we made the decision to buy a Mercedes, we then had to chose a dealer. Everything we read on line about the Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown dealership was correct. They were friendly, they knew their cars, and they worked out a great deal for us that didn't take all day to negotiate. I called a few dealerships to get a feel for personalities of the sales reps at the various dealerships, and Wes was the best by far. We are sold on Mercedes, and we are sold on Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. And as long as Wes works there, we won't need to talk to another salesperson. We are completely happy! More

Cathy contacted Barry London by email and made arrangements to stop by for a visit the following weekend. Within an hour we had picked "the red one" and negotiated a very good deal with Rob Buchanan. Barry London and Rob Buchanan were both extremely kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful as they walked us through the buying process. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was extremely helpful and professional. The show room and customer waiting area are wonderfully comfortable and hospitable. We left the dealership that Saturday and returned early the next week to sign the papers and pick up the car. Rob was very through as we went through the paperwork and he explained each of our options as we went through the purchase process. Barry spent several hours with us explaining all the features of our new car, especially the phone and navigation systems. In summary, Our car buying experience at the Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown was excellent and we highly recommend this entire team of automobile specialists. More

We knew this was it and so we sat down with Mike Lavrenchik and went over the special order process for a 2015 GL550. Over the next week or so, Mike and I developed a build sheet for the 550 and it was ordered in June. During the process, Mike always kept me up to date on the build progress and expected delivery date. The car even came in early and we picked it up on August 21st. We are more than happy with it and Mike, Rob Buchanan, and Justin Harbert all made the entire experience easy, painless and even fun. More
