Justin Birdwell is great as a service writer. However, I had a huge problem only 1.5 years after buying the vehicle new here with condensation from the a/c compressor leaking in to cabin and unde However, I had a huge problem only 1.5 years after buying the vehicle new here with condensation from the a/c compressor leaking in to cabin and under the mat and carpet of the front passanger side following the drain tube into the cabin. Since it did not leak up to the carpet we did not dsicover it until it started to mold and mildew. Even with extended Toyota warranty and proof of bad design causing this, this dealer and Toyota national would not pay a penny to the quoted $10,000. repair. Also, why am I waiting on a leaking McPhearson strut for 3 months at this dealership. but other dealers have it in stock and are installing it. Hmm? Justin is great but dealer did not earn my business next time I buy a vehicle or have non warranty work. More

I waited 2 hours & had to leave & come back for what usually takes 30-45 minutes to replace a turn signal bulb. Toyota did not have the bulb in stock and ordered one from a parts store. The parts store usually takes 30-45 minutes to replace a turn signal bulb. Toyota did not have the bulb in stock and ordered one from a parts store. The parts store took their sweet time delivering. So it’s not really Toyota’s fault & Justin Birdwell did all he could to get it done. Justin did, as always, a great job with the situation. Thanks Justin. More
