I’ve had excellent service in the sales department however I’ve been unhappy with the service I’ve received from the service department. I have a brand new 4Runner and there is a defect on the brakes. however I’ve been unhappy with the service I’ve received from the service department. I made an appointment after my representative said that the parts were in to get it replaced drove two hours to have my vehicle not have been repaired, parts were not in. I am disappointed in the miscommunication, especially since we drove 4 hours to have nothing completed. More

Had a great experience with my recent oil change and maintenance appointment. Got an appointment the same day I called. Greeted quickly upon arrival with friendly service managers who quickly filled out maintenance appointment. Got an appointment the same day I called. Greeted quickly upon arrival with friendly service managers who quickly filled out on a tablet info needed to process the work/ service request. Manager trainee led me into the waiting room after offering me an approximate time of about an hour wait. Approximately 1/2 hour later, a text came to my phone, stating 2 items could use replacing.I was able to approve the new cabin filter and wiper blades and via text,10 min later, was asked to come back to check out at service manager’s desk. Checked out quickly and was on the road in less than an hour. Service seems to improve every time I make a visit! More
