I love this dealership and there customer service. Especially Gilbert who is one of the salesman at that dealership. They gave me an outstanding deal and made me feel at home. WAY way too much "too big to fail attitude" in the service and parts dept. NEVER have I seen such inefficient scheduling methods, that go along with placing customers on extended holds to check for service and parts dept. NEVER have I seen such inefficient scheduling methods, that go along with placing customers on extended holds to check for and order their OWN parts, which I tried to do 2 times. Then, when you can not reach the "parts" extension and do leave a message, no one calls you back. I am in shock that this is the "system". What in the world are they thinking?!?: All along with irritated tone, interrupting manner, and generally acting as if they are doing me a favor to even be on the phone. On top of it, quoted me 100 dollars more than both the Glenview and HP location for that some tire replacement -I can not even... They are closer to us, but we are not going there for service on this car ever. Horrible vibe! The best is to avoid them. More
