I give a 3 star because we live an hour away and emailed to make sure the car we were interested in was there to test drive. When we arrived, we found out the car was at another dealership for service. The to make sure the car we were interested in was there to test drive. When we arrived, we found out the car was at another dealership for service. They made it up to us by having Juan drive the car to us a few days later but it should have been handled better up front. Juan was great to work with and understood what are goals were and met them well. I never buy dealership warranties and they were pressuring me to pay over $700 for tire insurance and I looked up tires for the car and they are only $106 per tire for good tires. I know that's what they do to make money but it's never made sense to me and we needed to get out of there for family commitments. More

We drove from out of state to get our 2022 MDX and had a wonderful experience with Juan. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If you come to this dealership definitely ask for him!
