Said that a vehicle was available on cars. com called and made an appointment on a Thursday. Andre was great. Promised that I would get a call when the car arrived. Head of Sales came and personally shook my hand to directly lie to me. Said if the car arrived that day A to the J would call me and let personally take a test drive from my home. I called the dealership again on Saturday and the car had been sold out from under me, without the promised phone calls. They also have a no haggle(not the official term) pricing. The car was sold for $2300 less than the asking price. This place is shady and a joke. Customer service, ha! Don't shop there unless you wanna get screwed over. If I could give zero stars I would. More

While the salesperson was kind, the manager and the finance person were quite deceitful. I was very clear that I lived in Cook county and they tried to change the price based on Kane county taxes more finance person were quite deceitful. They wouldn’t even fill the tank with gas. I was ignored when I asked for proper paperwork and documentation to be provided and then they tried to give a sneaky upsell of their friends extended warranty. After driving off the lot I found that the paperwork printed was still wrong. Very shady and would not recommend as they are your stereotypical used car salesman. More
