Promised that I would get a call when the car arrived. Head of Sales came and personally shook my hand to directly lie to me. Said if the car arrived that day A to the J would call me and let personally take a test drive from my home. I called the dealership again on Saturday and the car had been sold out from under me, without the promised phone calls. They also have a no haggle(not the official term) pricing. The car was sold for $2300 less than the asking price. This place is shady and a joke. Customer service, ha! Don't shop there unless you wanna get screwed over. If I could give zero stars I would. More

This place is run by scammers. They claimed it was just “preliminary,” but later used it to inflate the total price and sneak in undisclosed fees and extras we never talked about. This was not a misunderstanding, it was a deliberate scam. They even forced us to sign the title for the car before we knew our financing options or the interest rate from the bank! Who does business like this? Most of the positive reviews here seem fake, because these people are not trustworthy at all. We’re not stupid enough to fall into your trap again. Their salesman Mark and Andre should never be trusted. Shame on you. Rest assured, I’ll be sharing this awful experience everywhere I can. If you care about your money and value your time, STAY AWAY from McGrath Acura! More
