I felt like this dealership was very unorganized but thanks to Javier Garcia I got my car Darren as also very helpful the morning I was told to go into the location the people I had been dealing with an thanks to Javier Garcia I got my car Darren as also very helpful the morning I was told to go into the location the people I had been dealing with and told me to come weren’t there so Darren sales manager jumped into action getting Javier Garcia to help me and because of Javier’s great customer service i stayed so thank you Javier for helping the dealership make.a sale but also making me feel like customer service was still important to you and Darren a few employees that dropped the ball were Camille, she never returned my calls Richard. He acted as if I needed to do all the work and he just wanted the commission and last but not least Josue Moreno he promised and assured me that everything was going to be done and he picked the date and time for me to come and couldn’t be bothered to come to work that day so things he promised me that he would do I couldn’t no longer get because he wasn’t there but aside from my experience if I had to refer someone to the dealership I believe Darren and Javier Garcia would give 150% customer service because even though I was VERY Frustrated they still helped me and I appreciative More
